We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns must be requested before sending any items back.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@americansteering.com.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Custom Products & Non-Returnable Items

Because our steering wheels are custom-built to order, certain items may not be eligible for return.

• Custom configurations are generally non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

If you are unsure about compatibility, we recommend confirming fitment before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

1. Request a return (if eligible)
2. Place a new order after your return is approved

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval status
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Please note:

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund
• Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
