We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. American Steering reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any product at any time without liability.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain aftermarket products, including custom carbon fiber steering wheels, are produced in limited quantities and are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

All steering wheels are aftermarket products and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in carbon fiber weave, color tone, stitching, or materials may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen differences.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to promptly update any changes. Failure to do so may result in order delays or cancellation.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping timelines vary by destination and product type. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once available. Some carriers may delay tracking updates until packages reach regional hubs.

Custom Products

Custom-built steering wheels typically take 10–14 business days to produce, followed by shipping which may take an additional 10-14 business days depending on destination. Rare delays may extend production or shipping timelines.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

• Custom products are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival

• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

SECTION 9 – CANCELLATION POLICY

• Custom Products: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

• In-Stock Products: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the item has not shipped

After these windows, all orders are final.

SECTION 10 – USER CONDUCT

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information, interfere with site security, or misuse the Services in any manner that could harm American Steering or other users.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content or services may include materials from third parties. American Steering is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of third-party websites and encourages users to review their policies independently.

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

American Steering shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or products purchased.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to purchases, including chargebacks, shall be resolved exclusively in the Small Claims Division of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. 

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us within 72 hours of delivery will be fully contested.

In cases of unauthorized or invalid chargebacks, the customer agrees to reimburse American Steering for all fees, costs, and expenses incurred, including court and administrative fees.

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this jurisdiction and reimbursement clause.
