Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on all orders.
Order Processing & Assembly (Handling Time)
All American Steering wheels are custom-assembled to order to ensure the highest standards of quality, precision, and fitment.
Processing & Assembly: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Assembly begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation
Shipping & Delivery (Transit Time)
Once your order has been professionally assembled and passed our quality control inspection, it will be shipped.
Shipping Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 14–20 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may track your shipment directly through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of both the product and packaging to assist with resolution.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a formal carrier investigation and assist in resolving the issue.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the custom-built nature of our products, cancellations cannot be accepted once the assembly and material cutting process has begun.
Address Changes:
Requests for address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
